Workout Motivation: Kelly Osbourne Loses 70 Pounds!!!

Ladies, ladies, ladies! I get tired and tired of women saying that they are too busy to work out, yet complain about how much weight they’ve gained! There is something you can do about it! WORK OUT! You don’t need a trainer! If you don’t know how to workout then maybe so, but getting on a treadmill for 40 minutes a day will help start you off. Kelly Osbourne is a perfect example with her losing 70 pounds! She looks great! And apparently looking at Self Magazine, she feels great too! Let this be an inspiration that if she can do it, then you can too!! Be motivated, be fit, be healthy!
